Consumer products are seldom marketed without need of refinement either in essence or in related components.  Needed refinement can come to light at any point of the product development process as well as at any point in the product life of a consumer item.

The solid model pictured above is the very successful result of a well understood need on the part of a consumer product manufacturer.  The concept needed some development which was readily accomplished with our solid modeling expertise in conjunction with our rapid prototype part experience.

The solid model shown is the one selected for production.  It is the second solid model/prototyped and tested part.  This part is a successful runner and of course it is patent protected.
