The pictured part was Solid Modeled by St Joseph Mold and Tool Co. to the cusomers perceived requirements.  The injection mold for this part was designed (quite directly from the Solid Model) and subsequently built in our mold shop.  The mold now produces this essentially functional part (used on numerous different assemblies) at a cost that is a mere 20% of the part it replaces.
